What's included in your managed IT services?

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Our standard managed IT agreement is 12 months with a 60-day exit clause. We keep clients through service, not contract lockups.
How is this different from break-fix IT?
Break-fix bills you when something is broken — misaligned incentives. Managed IT is a flat monthly fee, so our incentive is to prevent the break in the first place.
Can you work with our existing IT staff?
Yes. Co-managed IT is common — your internal team owns strategic projects while we cover helpdesk, after-hours and specialized cybersecurity work.
Do you support Mac, Windows and Linux?
All three. Most Miami clients are majority Windows with mixed Mac fleets; we support Linux servers and workstations where they exist.
